In the scorching summer, our production operators are still working hard in their posts. We send them supplies for heat protection and cooling to bring them some refreshment.

We have set up a summer day-care class since 2017 to help solve the problem of unattended children of our employees during the summer vacation. In 2021, the class has been started even in late June to address the urgent needs of employees.

To provide a better environment for breastfeeding and pregnant mothers, we set up the Mommy House in 2017. In May 2019, Morimatsu's Mommy House was awarded "4-star Mommy House" by the Women Staff Committee of Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions.

Our employees and their children participate in charity activities and sent holiday condolences to the elderly in nursing homes.

Morimatsu China employees took the initiative to donate after a major earthquake occurred in Wenchuan in May 2008 and the 311 Earthquake & Tsunami occurred in Japan in 2011. Though we're oceans apart, a shared moon connects hearts.

We began to install solar photovoltaic power generation modules on the workshop roofs of Airport plant and Nantong plant from 2017.

Life is not only about compromise, but also poems and dreams. Morimatsu organizes various hiking activities for our employees, calling for healthy life and low-carbon travel.

We installed charging piles to encourage the purchase of new energy vehicles.
