In recent years, the company has successively dispatched employees to Dalhousie University in Canada, Yamagata University in Japan, Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya University, Kyoto University, Osaka Prefectural University, Kagoshima University and other universities to continue their graduate and doctoral studies or further technology cooperation and exchanges. While taking the initiative to undertake corporate social responsibilities, Morimatsu Group is also continuously promoting the cultivation of talents in the industry. We have successively carried out multi-level and multi-type school-enterprise cooperation and exchanges with several well-known universities in China and the world. With the goal of jointly cultivating high-quality compound talents for the future intelligent manufacturing industry, we continue to take the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology as the main cooperation object. We have enrolled more than 30 students from different majors in process equipment and control engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, bioengineering, material forming and control engineering. These students from the Morimatsu class will help explore a new school-enterprise cooperation model for cultivating compound talents in line with the industry development under the joint pilot cultivation of the Morimatsu Group and ECUST.
